1. Introduction

Tradeco Operations (Pty) Ltd, trading as "LinkingBiz" and "dbAuto" ("we", "us", "our"), operates a digital marketplace available at linkingbiz.co.za and dbauto.co.za.

By using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

LinkingBiz is a free-to-use, client-driven digital marketplace that:

  • • Hosts digital products created by independent Product Owners
  • • Connects Clients with products through Drivers
  • • Allocates transaction value to participants upon completed sales
  • • Is free to join, free to use, free to share, and free to promote

LinkingBiz is NOT:

  • • An employer
  • • A financial institution
  • • An investment scheme
  • • A guarantee of income

3. No Income Guarantees

LinkingBiz makes no guarantees regarding:

  • • Transaction allocations or earnings
  • • Sales performance
  • • Financial outcomes

All allocations depend solely on completed transactions, individual effort, product demand, and market conditions. Results may vary.

4. Driver Status (Critical Clause)

Drivers are:

  • • Independent participants
  • • Not employees, agents, or partners

Drivers receive allocations only when a Client completes a real transaction.

The platform does not reward introductions alone. No participant pays another participant.

5. Transaction Allocation Structure

Upon completion of a transaction, the platform allocates portions of the transaction value to participants based on their role:

  • • All allocations are tied to completed product transactions only
  • • Platform Introducer allocation is limited to direct introduction only
  • • No multi-level or cascading allocations exist
  • • No participant pays another participant — all allocations come from the platform

This is a client-driven marketplace. The platform does not reward introductions alone.

6. Prohibited Representations

Drivers and users may NOT:

  • • Advertise LinkingBiz as a "get rich" system
  • • Promise income, guaranteed earnings, or financial returns
  • • Misrepresent products

Violation results in immediate account suspension.

7. Product Liability

All products are created by independent Product Owners.

LinkingBiz:

  • • Does not guarantee results
  • • Is not liable for product effectiveness
  • • Acts as a marketplace intermediary only

8. User Data & Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with South African law, including POPIA. Users must consent before being contacted.

9. Right to Suspend

LinkingBiz may:

  • • Suspend accounts
  • • Remove products
  • • Reverse allocations

If any misuse, fraud, or legal risk is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkingBiz is not liable for:

  • • Loss of income
  • • Business losses
  • • Indirect damages

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
